Step 1. Register your interest
The first step to finding the right property is to register with us either by calling us on 020 7561 8777 or visiting our office where you can discuss your property requirements with one of our experienced negotiators. You can also register your interest about a specific property online if you are short of time.
With lots of properties to choose from you can be rest assured we have just what you're looking for.
Step 2. Finding the right property
Once we have a clear understanding of your requirements you will receive a selection of properties that match your criteria. We can also keep you constantly up-to-date via email alerts when the latest properties become available. Search for a property to rent.
Step 3. Consider a managed property
An increasing number of tenants insist on renting fully managed properties for complete peace of mind.
Renting a managed property has the benefit of a dedicated repairs team to handle your day-to-day issues, a helpline should a problem arise and the assurance that your property is fully compliant with all safety regulations.
Step 4. Viewing process
We're open at times to suit you, convenient for viewing after work and at weekends:
Our office is open 8.30am-6.30pm Monday to Friday and 9am-4pm on Saturdays.
In order to secure a property we recommend an early viewing. We can even chauffeur you to your viewings if preferred, ensuring you arrive in a relaxed frame of mind and accompany you throughout so that we are on hand to answer any questions immediately and advise where necessary.
Step 5. Making an offer
Once you have identified a suitable property, you may at this point state any special conditions of the offer and provide any additional details we'll require so we can then communicate this offer to the landlord.
Step 6. Offer agreed
If your offer is accepted, in brief we will organise the following regardless of whether your property is managed:
- Collect references from the referees that you have provided
- Arrange signing of the Tenancy Agreement
- Collect your moving in payment (Advance rent & deposit)
Step 7. Referencing checks
We use an industry leading third party to conduct the necessary credit and referencing checks to ensure your suitability.
Our chosen referencing company is HomeLet, whom ensure a smooth and simple process of collecting all references thus allowing peace of mind for all parties.
Step 8. Completion
Upon completion, you will be given a set of keys. Congratulations, you can now move into your new home!
